What does it cost?

Nothing. We are launching HelloFam as a public pilot. During this period we are not charging users. We will ultimately use the pilot feedback to establish a transparent and reasonable monthly pricing model.

How can I get started?

To start your HelloFam journey please check your email for invite instructions. To sign up you will need your own phone number as well as your loved one's phone number you can invite. Your loved one can be your own parent or other close relative or if you want to bring in your adult children that's a possibility too.

Where is HelloFam available?

HelloFam is available in these 15 states across the United States: Arizona, California, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Washington.
